Well, it's nearing Christmas and the end of 2010 and I just realized, “I am completely and totally caught up!” So now I'm sitting here wondering what to do first.
Do I blog about my next Limited Edition Session? Which, by the way, you ladies will be most interested in hearing about ;) - look for that one in a few days.
Or, should I just go ahead and start on my end-of-the-year accounting? YUCK! I think I'll take a pass on that one.
I could experiment with some new lighting techniques I've been wanting to try out... I could rope my daughter into being my model for the day. Muahahaha (evil little laugh)
Oh, oh, oh! I know! I want to tell every one of you how much I sincerely appreciate having the most wonderful clients in the world! You have made my year. I went from having NO clients in January to having over 100 by the end of the year! You have allowed me to open a brand-spankin' new (well, new to me) studio in downtown Murphy (look for our Grand Opening post in the next couple of months)!
Each and every one of you have played a part in this and I have really enjoyed working with you. From the tiniest newborn, rambunctions kiddos, and my awesome teens and seniors to the great pair of ladies I recently photographed, YOU have captured my heart!
I am looking forward to the new year and all that it holds. New friends, new life and new beginnings! Enjoy this with me! I, for one, can not wait!
Here are a few more from another newborn session. This baby and her parents were awesome! The red velvet is from Mom's wedding cape and the white crocheted hat belonged to Mom when she was a baby! How humbling to be the one to help create some brand new memories. :)
Here are a few from a newborn session I did a couple of weeks ago. She was soooo tiny! And just look at all of this RED hair! :) Precious, precious, precious!
Eenie, Meenee, Minee, MO!
I couldn't pick just one so I made a storyboard! Here ya' go Jen! Hope you like them. :)
So..... welcome to my little spot in this big ol' place called the web. I have great expectations for this blog but seeing as how I am a perfectionist AND a procrastinator, we'll just have to wait and see ;). You can tell quite a bit about me if you'll look just to the right of this paragraph in the "About Dena" section.
I'll be posting sneak peeks from some of my favorite sessions along with some articles that I think will be of interest to my clients.
Now ... to start off on the right foot, here's my very first sneak peek!
